The Town of Skaneateles Announces the completion of the property data verification project

THE TOWN OF SKANEATELES ANNOUNCES THE COMPLETION OF THE DATA VERIFICATION PROJECT
GAR Associates LLC, contractor for the Town of Skaneateles, has completed data verifi- cation of all properties within the town and will be providing property owners with the informa- tion currently on file at the Town’s Assessment Office.
Beginning September 2022, residential property owners will receive a mailing requesting the review of their property inventory data. If the information is correct, no further action will be required. If the inventory does not appear to be correct, instructions will be included as to how to submit any necessary changes. Please be on the look out for the mailing to be sure your property data is correct.
