I, HEREBY AFFIRM AND CERTIFY that I have read and understand that by signing below I agreed to abide by Section 118 Refuse Disposal Rules and Regulations of the Town of Skaneateles (copies provided upon request) or the Town of Skaneateles website at https://www.townofskaneateles.com/town-board/town-code and that I further understand that any person, firm or corporation which violates any provision of the Refuse Disposal Local Law shall be guilty of an offense and be subject to a fine of not less than $50.00.

If you had a 2023 Transfer Station Permit, vehicle registrations will not be required if there are no changes.

If you did not have a 2023 Transfer Station Permit or there are changes to your address or vehicle, applicants MUST provide:

VEHICLE REGISTRATION

And one of the following for proof of residency:

Driver’s License Utility Bill (electric, water, cable/internet)
Lease Agreement
