Our department plows 41 miles of Town roads and 15.3 miles of county roads, which we are paid $5400.00 per miles. We divide the Town into 5 plow routes. Each route take 2.5 to 3 hours to complete. Allowing us to plow your road as many as 5 to 6 times per day.

It is our responsibility to mow the Town road right-a-way. We try to mow them several times per season. By keeping the roadside grass short it allows for better site distance at intersections and will not allow growth of unwanted trees.

After each winters frost and snow damage road repairs are often needed. We do all repairs from filling a pothole to complete re-construction. Each summer we try to do preventive maintenance on 5 to 6 miles of Town roads, either with seal coat or blacktop.
